Guarantee of Product Delivery
Sales are carried out on the basis of an order placed in the online store, which constitutes the conclusion of a sales agreement between the vetaherb.pl store and the Buyer. The agreement is concluded at the moment the order is confirmed by the store. The agreement binds both parties to fulfill their obligations: the Buyer is obliged to pay for the order, and vetaherb.pl is obliged to deliver the ordered goods.
Consumer Rights Guarantee
In accordance with the Act of 2 March 2000 on the Protection of Certain Consumer Rights and Liability for Damage Caused by a Dangerous Product (Journal of Laws 2000 No. 22, item 271), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase made in our store within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment, without stating a reason. The condition is that the goods remain in an undamaged condition and that an appropriate written or electronic (e-mail) declaration is submitted within fourteen days.
The Customer also has the right, and indeed the obligation, to refuse acceptance of the shipment if the goods have been damaged during transport. In accordance with Article 545 § 2 of the Civil Code, a “Damage Report” should be drawn up with the person delivering the goods, dated on the day the package is received (available for download here). Confirmation of receipt of the shipment closes the possibility of submitting a complaint, and signing it is tantamount to waiving the statutory right to withdraw from the contract.
After completing the damage report form, the Customer should immediately notify the Customer Service Office of the www.vetaherb.pl store by e-mail (biuro@vetaherb.pl) or by phone.
Personal Data Protection
Completing the data in the order form is tantamount to consenting to the processing of the Customer’s personal data by www.vetaherb.pl, in accordance with the Act of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883). Personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of order fulfillment, including issuing invoices and maintaining financial records. This data is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties.
The Buyer’s personal data is protected in accordance with personal data protection regulations and will not be transferred, sold, or lent to other persons or institutions, except where necessary to fulfill the sales contract for goods and services.
Access to personal data is granted exclusively to the administrator of the online store, Przemysław Kalinowski. Every Buyer who has completed the order form has the right to access, verify, modify, or delete their data by contacting the Customer Service Office via e-mail at biuro@vetaherb.pl.
