Complaints and Warranties

Upon receipt of goods from our store, if you notice any technical defects, you may avail yourself of warranty services. Please note, however, that as a distributor, vetaherb.pl is not directly responsible for the performance of the sold products. Complaints regarding the functioning of the products should be directed directly to the importers and manufacturers, whose details can be found on the product packaging.

If you identify a defect in the product that is not due to transport, please submit the complaint directly to our store. In such a case, it will be necessary to return the defective product to our address. Upon positive consideration of the complaint, we will promptly reimburse the costs associated with returning the complained goods. Complaints are processed no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment containing the complained product.

In the case of a justified complaint, the damaged goods will be repaired or replaced with a new, fully functional product. If replacement is not possible, the store will refund the equivalent value of the product price or offer other available goods from our range. Please remember to enclose the proof of purchase with the complained goods.

In accordance with applicable law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without stating a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. To do so, it is sufficient to submit an appropriate written declaration within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

If you decide to return the goods, please ensure that they are packaged in a manner that guarantees their safety and returned within 14 days from receipt. The costs of returning the goods are borne by you.

Returns are accepted only for unused goods in their original packaging. Once all return conditions are met, the refund of the price of the returned goods will be made within 7 days to the bank account indicated by you.
