RULES FOR MAKING PURCHASES
Purchases in the online store www.vetaherb.pl may be made only by adults. A basic condition for order fulfillment is the correct provision of the ordering party’s details. The store www.vetaherb.pl reserves the right to refuse to process orders that raise doubts, such as incorrectly completed forms or the lack of a telephone number or email address enabling order confirmation.
Prices presented on the Store’s website constitute an invitation to submit offers within the meaning of Article 71 of the Civil Code and do not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Civil Code. The presented product catalog is for informational purposes only, and a sales contract is concluded only after the Store confirms the order by email.
By placing an order, the Ordering Party declares that they have read the Regulations and accept their provisions, including the right to withdraw from the contract, in accordance with the Act of 2 March 2000 on the Protection of Certain Consumer Rights and Liability for Damage Caused by a Dangerous Product (Journal of Laws 2000 No. 22, item 271).
The store www.vetaherb.pl accepts orders 24 hours a day, all year round. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the first business day following their placement.
The Store reserves the right to reject incorrectly or partially completed orders, as well as orders that have not been authorized in the payment system or for which payment has not been received within the specified time. An order may also be rejected if the shipment is not collected from the courier.
Orders are fulfilled exclusively within the territory of Poland and must be placed in the Polish language. Prices listed in the Store are gross prices (including VAT) in Polish zloty (PLN). The Store reserves the right to change prices without prior notice; however, price changes do not apply to orders in progress. Orders that have been placed are binding in terms of price.
www.vetaherb.pl issues sales documents such as VAT invoices. Orders are fulfilled subject to product availability in the warehouse or from the Store’s suppliers. If some of the ordered products are unavailable, the Ordering Party will be informed about the order status and will decide on further action (partial fulfillment, extended waiting time, or order cancellation).
The entity providing online payment services is Blue Media S.A. By placing an order, the Ordering Party undertakes to pay for it.

If it becomes necessary to refund funds for a transaction made by the customer using a payment card, the Seller will refund the amount to the bank account assigned to the Ordering Party’s payment card, unless the consumer has expressly agreed to another method of refund that does not involve any costs for them.
The order processing time is calculated from the moment positive payment authorization is obtained. In the case of payment by bank transfer, electronic payment, or payment card, the processing time is calculated from the date the Seller’s bank account is credited.
TERMS OF GOODS DELIVERY
Delivery of goods is carried out via a courier company. The Ordering Party consents to the use of their telephone number for contact purposes during order fulfillment. Although this consent is voluntary, failure to provide it may result in difficulties in delivery, such as lack of notification if the courier does not find the recipient.
www.vetaherb.pl undertakes to process orders within 48 business hours from the time of placement. After the order is confirmed by the Store, the Ordering Party will receive an email confirming acceptance of the order and, in case of any doubts, also a telephone confirmation.
The Ordering Party is obliged to check the contents of the parcel in the presence of the courier upon receipt. If the goods are damaged or inconsistent with the order, acceptance of the shipment should be refused and a damage report prepared.
The estimated delivery time and cost are provided in the table available in the footer of the Store’s website. Delivery costs may change in line with changes to courier pricing.
COMPLAINTS AND WARRANTIES
If technical defects occur after receiving the goods, the Ordering Party may use the warranty. Complaints regarding the operation of sold products should be directed directly to the manufacturers or importers, whose details are provided on the product packaging. In the case of defects not resulting from transport, the complaint should be submitted to www.vetaherb.pl.
Complaints are considered within 14 business days from the date the complained goods are received. The goods will be repaired or replaced with new ones, and if this is not possible, the Store will refund the equivalent of the product price or offer alternative goods.
SECURITY PROCEDURES
The Store complies with security procedures in accordance with applicable law. Detailed information on this subject can be found in the “Security” and “Privacy Policy” sections on the Store’s website.
RETURNS OF PURCHASED GOODS
In accordance with the Act of 2 March 2000 on the Protection of Certain Consumer Rights, the Ordering Party has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment, without stating a reason. The goods must be returned in an undamaged (unused) condition, in the original packaging if it was provided. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Ordering Party. A refund will be made within 7 days to the indicated bank account.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
By completing the order form, the Ordering Party consents to the processing of their personal data by www.vetaherb.pl in accordance with personal data protection regulations. The data will be used solely for the purpose of order fulfillment. The Ordering Party has the right to access, modify, and delete their data.
FINAL PROVISIONS
www.vetaherb.pl reserves the right to change prices, introduce new products, withdraw products from the offer, and conduct promotional campaigns.
In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply. Copying the content of www.vetaherb.pl without the owner’s consent is prohibited.
