Order fulfilment time = preparation time + delivery time.
- Preparation time – We strive to have every order picked, packed and dispatched within 24 hours. Should any difficulties arise with product availability, we will immediately inform you and provide an estimated fulfilment date.
- Delivery time – Usually 1 to 2 working days.
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation along with your order number. Our system allows you to track the status of your order in real time. Simply log in to your account and select the “Orders” tab.
