DM Clean Super is a professional, strongly alkaline, non-foaming cleaning agent designed for effective cleaning of CIP (Cleaning In Place) systems, drinking lines, tanks, pipes, and equipment in animal production (poultry, pigs, cattle) and in the food industry (dairy, brewing, beverage production).
Based on potassium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide, this concentrated product effectively removes stubborn organic deposits such as fats, proteins, biofilm, and residues from feed and medications. It provides deep cleaning without foam, which facilitates rinsing and shortens cleaning process time. Safe to use and effective even at low concentrations (0.5–2%), it is ideal for routine hygiene of drinking and milking systems. DM Clean Super strongly alkaline CIP.

Directions for use – CIP systems:

rinse the installation with water before cleaning

prepare a solution at 2% concentration

wash at 50–60°C for 10–20 minutes

rinse with warm or cold water
Container tunnel washers:

use a solution at 0.5–1% concentration

wash at 45–60°C

adjust contact time to the washer program
